Msi Monitor Not recognizing displayport

Hi guys,

Basically my msi 144hz monitor recognises hdmi, but not displayport. it was working until i moved it a few days ago. i have a gtx 1050ti ryzen 5 1600x. (im broke i know lol)

Did you connect it to your GPU properly?

You selected DP in monitor input options?

Maybe it's on HDMI not auto or DP.

hey folks, sorry for wasting your time, i have two display port cables and had a different one in the monitor than the pc, it works now
