We're already aware of how Razer laptops suck and their support seems to suck too.

Nice to see another example, but I am never a fan of posts that are basically just a link to another website with little to no context.

So he bought a gaming product to replace a workstation? If wants express service, he should have purchased a business class product with a business class warranty.
Seems like he makes great decisions on a regular basis.
