Dominator RGB 64GB Kit & ASUS PRIME X399-A - compatibility problem

Hello guys i have bought this kit
Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 64GB Kit (8x8GB) 3000MHz DDR4 CL15 (CMT64GX4M8X3000C15)

M/B is PRIME X399-A on 1203 bios and CPU AMD 1920x

when i put the 8th memory slot the PC doesn't post and it doesn't matter what
memory slot is 1st or 4th when all the memory's are in place the PC wont post

is there anything that i can do?,any help suggestion will be much appreciated
