1080p 144hz monitor recommendation

Hello,

I am building my new PC,and the last thing that left for me to choose is monitor.I found 2 monitors that might be good for my config

1st monitor:https://www.winwin.rs/monitor-23-6-lg-24gl600f-b-tn-1920x1080-full-hd-1ms-144hz-8662907.html

2nd monitor:https://www.winwin.rs/monitor-24-viewsonic-xg2401-tn-1920x1080-full-hd-1ms-144hz-8624500.html

 

If both of them are bad,recommend me what monitor should i buy in range between 200$ to 280$(or cheaper if they exist).Also,i already watched the video"Gaming monitor buyer's guide-late 2019" from Linus and in my country,SCEPTRE doesn't exist.
