Run any number of available benchmark applications and make sure your scores are withing a reasonable margin to others.

Not really, the parts you mentioned unfortunately do no have S.M.A.R.T. reading like storage drives for example do.

The closest thing would be running a benchmark for these parts, so see if performance is still the same. Of course there is Windows' memory diagnostic as you mentioned too.
