i am trying to buy x570 motherboard and i decided to buy X570 AORUS XTREME (rev. 1.0) but i need 32 gb ram support  and they giving Crucial 32GB DDR4-2933 RDIMM (using 3950x cpu)

can it is possible to run these ram -

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory

Corsair Vengeance LPX 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory

Yes, it's possible.

The memory list is just a list with memory sticks they had in the factory/testing labs when they made the motherboard. The  lists don't contain all compatible memory sticks, because new memory sticks are made all the time.

Also, new BIOS updates often increase compatibility with memory sticks all the time.

The motherboard should support those sticks just fine.

In the worst case scenario, you may have to lower the frequency from 3200 to 3000 Mhz, or increase the memory timings a bit, and they'll work.

Also it's important to remember

YOU CAN NOT RUN REGISTERED DIMM  (RDIMM) memory on socket AM4 motherboards.

The Crucial memory you linked to - https://www.crucial.in/ind/en/ct32g4rfd4293  - is RDIMM, which is not supported.

You need regular (unbuffered) DDR4, optionally with ECC. Memory with ECC should work, but the ECC part may or may not be used by the cpu (ecc is for error correction)

Am about to buy this motherboard with a 3900x I didn’t know you needed special ram i was going to buy this

 Corsair CMK64GX4M4D3000C16 Vengeance LPX 64 GB (4 x 16 GB) DDR4 3000 MHz C16 XMP 2.0 High Performance Desktop Memory Kit, Black https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07B4GNMS7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Rhp-Db02ZBSPF

sorry this would be my 1st ryzen system

Maybe I should stay wilth intel and go for 9900k

You don't need special ram with a 3900x processor.

You need standard DDR4 memory, optionally with ECC.

You can't use Registered DDR4 memory, as that is for servers (AMD Epyc)

AMD processors like memory running at higher frequency, so while you could buy and use the cheapest 2133 Mhz or 2400 Mhz memory out there, the processor would be held back by the slow memory.

Unlike Intel, AMD processors benefit from high frequency RAM, so you will gain performance the more you increase memory frequency up to around 3600 Mhz.

It's not a linear increase in performance. You get significant performance increase going from 2400 to 2666, quite a lot of performance increase going from 2666 Mhz to 2933-3000 Mhz,  a bit of performance increase going from 3000 Mhz to 3200 Mhz and a tiny bit of performance increase going from 3200 Mhz to 3600 Mhz.

Often, the extra money that you'd pay for 3600 Mhz memory is not worth for the small amount of performance increase it brings over 3000-3200 Mhz : you can take that amount of money and put it in the video card budget and you'd get more performance in games because the video card is better.

The video above from GamersNexus talks about a different kind of BEST... the BEST memory when it comes to overclocking a system, to winning various benchmarks, to get the most out of something regardless of price.

You can often live with a memory that gives you 99.8% of the maximum performance, but costs you half the price.

The 3rd generation Ryzen processors like memory running at 3000-3600 Mhz... but the performance increase from 3200 to 3600 is very small, so like I said, if it's too expensive, don't stress yourself and buy 3000 Mhz or 3200 Mhz.

The memory sticks will work, even if they're not in that QVL list. The list is just a bunch of memory sticks they tested the motherboard when they made it.

If Corsair or someone else launches a new series of memory sticks today, the company that made the motherboard may not go out and buy these memory sticks and run tests and update that QVL list. The memory sticks follow a standard and will work with your processor and motherboard.
