Budget 1440 displays for triple monitor set up

I'm currently rocking a triple set up using:

 

2x Asus PB277Q 2560x1440 75hz displays wrapped around an AOC Agon 35" 3440x1440 100hz display. I'm pushing pixels with an EVGA 2070 Super XC.

 

My issue is Nvidia Surround and it's inherent limitation with mixed resolution and refresh rate.  So, to resolve, I'm considering going with 3x 27" 2560x1440 displays but want to stay within the budget I paid for my current monitor set which is $600 - $700.  Granted, all three of my current monitors came out of Amazon Warehouse.

 

So, what am I looking at here?

 

I'm not real happy about giving up the center uw monitor, but I do want to use my set up for Rocket League, Forza 4, etc, but not into sims.

 

On the other hand, maybe I ought to stick with what I have and forego surround since this setup is also used for productivity and work.

 

Appreciate suggestions or advice.

You already have 2x PB277Q's, so why not look for another?
