Those softwares and "cleaners" are fake, all of them, Windows already come with tools that can do everything those programs do.

win32kfull.sys failed this is my problem

win32kfull.sys failed , pc ran into problem . gtx 1070 , i5 6402p , 16gb ddr4 normal ram , windows 10 , nvem ssa samsung 970 evo , intel hd 510 igpu , msi z170a m5 ,

i posted a link previous post..looks to be a driver issue on something.

have you rann ddu (display driver uninstaller) in safe mode after uninstalling video driver...maybe you have old crap mucking up the mix

my computer technician said this was ram fault true ?

i think my com technision did that also he suggest me to buy this type of ram

before spending money id verify its not a driver error first...i dont see anything about that error being a bad ram stick

its most likely a driver error (do i have to keep repeating this?)

do the ddu for your video driver first. highest chance it may be the issue
other wise that link on different fixes i posted you should look at. (i know you didnt do them)
