Laptop not charging when turned off

Hello I just got the Razer Blade Stealth 13 (early) notebook.

As in the title said, it wont charge when its turned off. Yes turned off, not sleep.

I have been writing with the support since 2 weeks but after reinstalling some drivers and changing stuff in the bios they told me I should send it in.

I have not tried resetting the laptop, that shouldnt be the problem. I also dont know if this problem was out of the box. Everything else works like a charm.

The light is not on when turned off and cable in. I have also switched to the default powerplan. I have tried both charging ports.

Please dont demotivate me with telling me how bad razer is. Now I am asking you guys, the real specialists.

 

Laptop: Razer Blade Stealth 13 (early 2019) with 512gb.
