HELP R5 3600x running SLOW

I just watched linus's CPU buyers guide vid, and I decided to build a computer with the ryzen 3600, cmonn it's the holidayss..

Now I have an expensive pile of trash that overheats..

I updated alll the drivers I could even the bios, and nothing has changed

I reseated the CPU cooler, the ram, graphics card.. no improvement.

Parts: ryzen 5 3600x

Gigabyte aorus pro wifi b450

Corsair vengence 3200mhz 16gb RGB PRO

Gigabyte P650B Bronze power supply

Gigabyte Gtx 1660 ti

Lexar 512gb m.2 ssd

Case: corsair spec-delta rgb

Is it a problem that I'm booting windows on that ssd, I cant think of anything else.. thanks..

Knowing how hot it is would help

What case you're using, what power supply that is

Specifics are important

And the temps?

Make sure to quote when you respond so we get notified :)

Idle is 31 celcius, but as soon as I do anything its 50 celcius

then with overwatch menu in the background is 67 celcius

P.s. overwatch is running at 2fps

Idk I killed it, have to bring it in.. doesn't even have a boot screen anymore. Motherboard is showing red light. All the fans turn on, for some reason the rgb on the ram is the only thing that works
