I am upgrading memory and saw a good deal on a 16gb 3200mhz kit. I have this motherboard: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/PRIME-B250M-PLUS/ whit i5 7500 cpu and it says supprot for 2400 mhz memory which i have now. What will happen if I insert the 3200 mhz sticks? Will it clock down to 2400 and work fine?

Yeah it will run at 24ppMhz (or more likely 2133Mhz, since that is the DDR4 base Max speed).

There is a very slim chance it won't work, so be sure to get the ram from somewhere you can return it.
