is it really worth to go intel for adobe? i pair 9400f with 2600 because in my country the f chip is 60$ cheaper and equal with 2600

What Adobe program? Because for Premiere, the 2600 would be better than the 9400f, but an Intel CPU with iGPU would be preferable for rendering for example.

Photoshop would run better on the i5 today, because that is mainly single core.

Get the 2600, this isn't even a question. The 9400F has one third the threads, locked clock speeds, and limited upgradability. The 2600 is overclockable, on a more robust platform, and will crush the 9400F in any multi-threaded workload including Adobe. The one exception will likely be Photoshop as this doesn't really scale beyond 1-2 cores. Even with gaming the frametimes will be awful for the 9400F due to the limited threadcount. Go for the 2600.

Sorry if I came across the wrong way, I wasn't trying to be rude, just reinforcing the massive performance gap between these two CPUs in creative work among other things.

Premiere will be a minimal difference between the two CPU's. Just be sure to get a GPU with 4-8GB of VRAM, depending on the resolution you'll be working at.

To be honest though, I would go for Ryzen though, as programs will only use more cores in the future, plus you don't want your PC to run through a crawl because you're rendering..

I am a big fan of AMD, but I still want the true info to be out there! :P

will Saphire ITX RX570 4GB do works? its cheaper than 1050 here. i got itx version with one fan because its20$ cheaper. and will one fan increase the heat much compare to Dual fan?

Whoops sorry I was thinking of the i3-9100F. What I said otherwise still stands though, thanks for correcting me

4GB VRAM will work good at 1080p video, going above that resolution will be more difficult.

Either the heat will increase or the noise will increase with a smaller cooler.

Still agreed with you otherwise, just felt the need to correct this point, as indeed having three times the threads would mean the Ryzen surely absolutely destroys it! But with double the threads it's about even (for AE and Premiere).
