Help me, my CPU clocks keep going up and down ;-;

My laptop CPU clock keep going up and down in cycles.

I went up to Internet and looked for solutions, none of 'em worked
Can u guys help me, I tried to download XTU and Throttlestop but it said "Attemped to download on a unsupported platform"
I tried to play Rblx with minimum setting but it still drop

Looks like that's a laptop CPU. I'm guessing the CPU is thermal throttling. What are CPU temps like, and how are you positioning the laptop?

Use HWinfo64 instead with sensor mode. Scroll down to "Performance Limit Reasons" section. See what turns to yes when it throttles.

Thermal throttling throttles the frequency not the CPU usage.

What task manager is showing is the CPU usage going up and down, not the clock speed like OP says.

Nah the temp is very normal, also I put it near a AC and there is no dust inside the fans cuz I just bought it for 1 month
