Possibly a stupid question:

1703 is an old win10 build.  I don’t know win10 all that well, is there a reason you didn’t update it?  There might be a good one I just lack information.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

i know it was old build and the reason i don't update is to avoid any problem with windows update that cause bunch of problem in my experience

Just update, that really only applies if there's a brand new windows 10 build that hasn't been tested yet (and even then they very rarely affect games, it's more often certain Antivirus, office programs, bluetooth drivers, etc), but even 1909 is showing very stable compared to any past win10 issues, so I would just update to at least Build 1903 or 1909 and try it then.

Also since you didn't mention it in your post:  Make sure your Graphics drivers are fully up to date.  Install the newest of those as well.

i also heard that win10 quite not stable i was hestitate to update it too so i had to stop update

I’ve been having weird problems with it with gtx900 series video cards.  I’ve also seen problems with fx series AMD CPUS.  I’m not sure if this is just coincidence though.  They’re by no means universal.
