TridentZ Memory Kit not recognized by Aura

Hello,

I have a 2x16GB TridentZ (F4-3000C16D-32GTZR) Memory kit along with a ASUS ROG Strix B450-F Gaming Motherboard, and the lighting effects for the RAM are not accessible through Aura. Latest BIOS updated, i have reseated the RAM and tried uninstalling all related software, and even unblocked the file in the properties tab on windows. Please help. Thank you!

This is my experience when it happens to me:

 

uninstall aura, reboot

reinstall a newer version, reboot

turn your pc off when you're done with it for the day

next day turn it on and see if its showing in aura.

I see three versions available from Asus ROG section (Lighting_Control_1.07.71, Lighting_Control_1.07.66, Lighting_Control_1.07.60). I have tried uninstalling the most recent version from the beginning to the oldest available (Lighting_Control_1.07.60). With all fingers crossed I tested each version and none of them seem to be able to adjust the RGB. 

 

(Note: The RAM works perfectly with my Ryzen 3600 and ROG B450-F board. I just cannot seem to change the default rainbow profile of the TridentZ ram to a static color or anything at all.)

You can also try rolling back a bios version

I checked into that during the process. I am running the most recent version. I guess I'll try

Did you ever find a fix to this? I'm having the same issue.
