Click noise and white light

Hello.

Ive recently built my second system and everything works and spins normal i guess.

I have a small issue which i can t seem to find a right answer.

When i turn on the pc i hear a click noise, same when it turns off.

Until now i thought its from the psu,the reley thing,but last night ive saw that is actually from the motherboard.

When i turn on the pc theres a click hearing and a white light appears for a few seconds then it turns off (the light).

Is it something normal with this mobo, msi z390 a pro?

Im confused and scared,first time i have a good motherboard.

The system works normal tho,is just that noise and white light when i turn the pc on and off.

Tl;dr : click noise and white light on z390 a pro mobo when pc powers on and off.

Sounds like normal behaviour to me I wouldn't be worried about that
