Does DDU (Two drivers conflict) affect frame rate ingame?

I already installed GTX 1060 3GB driver before upgrading to RTX 2060 6GB. Then i feel something strange. Like fps drop, bad gaming performance

Ryzen 5 2600 RTX 2060 6GB RAM 2666MHZ 8X2Mhz Seasonic Focus Gold 550W with MSI B350 Tomahawk.

Considering how shit things are on Windows 10 side, anything and everything is possible.

My windows on SSD also had some problem, like when i open R6S . all apps running close then blank screen then like refreshing with all app closed
