Technically yes, but most good PSUs cost almost the same for 550W and 650W versions. You don't choose a PSU for it's wattage alone.

Refer to this thread for advice in choosing one :

Where are you from ?

Do you have a PSU already? Do you have a specific model number, please? There are very good and very bad PSU's, regardless of wattage and 80+ certification..

A system like this will probably use around 500W at full (overclocked) load.

I would only really recommend a very good 550W, but would rather suggest a higher wattage model.

Something like the RM650X/750X, Be Quiet Straight Power 11 650W, etc.

(See the thread posted above for more PSU options)

As a general rule of thumb, you don't want an entry level PSU for the highest end components on the market..

But it looks like Thermaltake has quite a few models, in different tiers too.. TT is just an abbreviation of Thermaltake, would you happen to have a more precise model number?

Asus ROG Thor 850W?

https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards-Accessories/ROG-THOR-850P/

Sure, good PSU. (There is also a bad PSU called Asus ROG Strix, which is why I asked this).

You could get a Corsair RM850i for a similar experience too.

Yea that will work good. It's just that you can get an RM850i for 90 GBP less
https://www.scan.co.uk/products/850w-corsair-rm850i-series-fully-modular-psu-80plus-gold-certified-135mm-fan-atx

But just depends on how much you value the RGB and such.
