I found this listing for a GTX 750Ti online for a relatively cheap price, RM130 or 31 dollars/24 quid. I'm looking to get a really cheap GPU for gaming (obviously, I don't expect to run demanding modern games) and the price makes it really tempting, the seller lives in the same state as I do which means less in shipping. However, I've never seen a 750Ti like this one before, and I'd like to know if anyone here has. Cheers.

It could be a GTS 250, GTS 450, GTX 550Ti, just not a 750ti

Trust. You could ask for a die shot (picture of the GPU core) and read the label on it, but most sellers will ignore you instead.

The website doesn't guarantee cash back, and I certainly can't meet the seller in person since they live 360 kilometers away. I'm not sure if PayPal, which the website recommends for "safety", will pay me back if the item I bought is in fact fake.
