Dell Audio on any Computer - Will it work?

What do you mean by the audio software? The popup that comes up when you plug in a headset? That's the only audio software I have on my Dell machine, and it's standard for any machine that uses it.

 

The software is just Waves MaxxAudioPro

I was wondering if there was some way to get the dell audio software on any windows computer as i really enjoy the software. Any Suggestions?
