froozen pc, monitors are off

Hi

I have A problem with my pc, but actually dunno if its a problem of the gpu or anything else

basically sometimes, all my monitors turn off, and the fans go at 100% (or at least fast, they become more noiser), and it froozes like this, I cannot do anything

after forcing a reboot also sometimes my main monitor (msi g24c attached with dp) doesnt turn on, unless I don't "reboot" the monitor itself, meanwhile the other two monitor go on without any problem

 

my system run on w10p, crosshair vi hero, r2700x, 2060s, 3ghz 4x8gb ram, 970 evo, I didnt make oc
