Is there a problem with the temperature?

Leychee

I just bought a 220T RGB Airflow Corsair case. I'm using an RTX 2060 Super, R5 2600 with 16 GB RAM DDR4. I have 3 Corsair SP120 RGB Pro fans as intake and a Pure Wings 2 as exhaust on the rear side of the case.

The temperature of my CPU (R5 2600) is around 48°C idle, sometimes going up to 50, and my GPU's around 53°C, idle. The fans of my GPU only turn on when the temperature goes above 60 iirc.

Plus, the fans are a bit noisy, this is my MSI Afterburner curve:

BWykRPi.png

After 5 minutes of Furmark, these are the values:

CPU temp: 54°C min, 57°C max

GPU temp: 48°C min, 64°C max

Are these values alright? How do I know if my case has actually a good airflow?

Thanks.

seems alright. Your case has good ventilation so you should expect good airflow. If you want to see your max temps, you should stress test with something more intensive like aida64

These are the results.

HWMonitor shows a 94°C max (that didn't last long), and fluctuated around 80°C. When I stopped, it fell to 57, now at 55 and going lower.

Edit: 50°C now

I just added a 2nd exhaust fan, is it good even if I used a fan from my old Zalman Z11 Plus case? It looks like the temperature is lower overall and the PC is less noisy, or maybe it's placebo.

I have a R5 2600 with stock cooler, RTX 2060 Super and a 220T Airflow Corsair case.

On idle, I get around 48-50C on my CPU, while using Aida or Prime95 (100% load) it goes up to 85-93C.

Got 3 intake fans and 2 exhaust.

Got 70C with the GTA V benchmark, should I be concerned? Should I invest in an aftermarket CPU cooler?

I wouldn't be concerned. Prime95 is designed to stress your CPU to the max and it's very rare to see real world applications, much less gaming put similar stress on a CPU.

I have an overclocked Ryzen 5 2600 and after 3 hours of Prime95 the maximum temperature is 70°C,

For a cooler i use a 212 EVO.

But with the stock cooler and stock settings i get a maximum of 70°C...

You can try in a real world application like Cinebench R20,

I must admit something is strange here.

Getting around 60C on CSGO, everything maxed out at 1080p. I think I'll get an aftermarket cooler anyway, how's the be quiet! Pure Rock Slim BK008?

Do you think I should probably get an aftermarket cooler and re apply thermal paste?

I got an aftermarket cooler for my Ryzen 5 2600 myself and i absolutely love it :D

And thermal paste is also a factor,I use Arctic MX-2.

Do you think it'll help having a NH-D15 and re applying thermal paste?

Yes,but that's an overkill solution, that's not a bad thing though,

The NH-D15 is sweet.

The D14 and D15S are the same price, do you think the S will fit?

If you remove the fan it will fit,but it will reduce the performance of the cooler,

So i recommend the D14 instead.

The D14 is an excellent cooler.

Edit: Both fit
