DDU in my opinion indeed works the best.

With Windows 10, you can enter safe mode by clicking the start button, click the power button > Hold shift > Press restart > Keep holding shift! > Troubleshoot > Advanced > Safe mode.

What graphics card did you upgrade from? If it’s an NVidia card, they should uninstall automatically when you install new ones.

1050ti to 1660ti.

I notice my Card isnt showing up in HWID Monitor.

I got to here and then there is nothing after that that says Safe mode.

so i clicked start in repair and it just tried to diagnose my pc

In advanced, you can press Start up settings and '4' to go to safe mode.
