Just built my first PC and it doesn't work

I just finished building my PC and it doesn't work, I tried everything I know, at first the ram and motherboard lights were on but the case fans lights were on but not spinning, I tried removing the gpu and connecting the motherboard to the monitor, but when I did that the motherboard lights started flashing and a ticking noise started, after that the PC just didn't want to power up anymore and I can hear a very faint ticking noise when I power up the PC but only the case lights are on but not spinning.

Please list whats inside the PC (specs)

GPU: Red Devil RX 7900XT | Sound: Odac + Fiio E09K | Case: Fractal Design R6 TG Blackout |Storage: MP510 960gb and 860 Evo 500gb | Cooling: CPU: Alphacool ST30 420mm rad, Alphacool CPU and GPU Core LT and Core blocks, D5 pump and res combo
