SPDIF Soundcard? Or decent Toslink->SPDIF

First things first: I run a home studio and record my own music etc. So I do CARE about quality etc.

 

I am on x79 now but want to switch to x570. Currently my DAC is connected via SPDIF. But all the x570 MOBOs wich I consider to get only have toslink. So I need a DECENT and Hi Res compatible solution to connect my PC via SPDIF to my dac. 

So please recommend either of 

USB-> SPDIF

Toslink -> SPDIF

(this would be best) PCie -> SPDIF

 

I dont need super awesome gaming shit on the sound card. Just High res and nice sound

You can get a topping d10 for pretty cheap these days has toslink out

BUT I found this and answered my question myself  https://www.schiit.com/products/eitr

its on clearance and (in my region) cheaper than the d10. Sure d10 can do more but I already have the other stuf
