best mic and mixer for streaming and recording guitar?

Hey guys,

 

 

What is the best mic for streaming and rec ? I was watching some videos and xlr mic's Blue ember for example and Behringer Xenyx 302 as mixer seems the best for what I want to do with my budget of ~250€. When I was reading stuff about mic's everybody said usb are the worst for recording but never said why ?  Beside that, is my setup/idea good for what I want to do or can I get better stuff ?
