A little more info would help.

Did it work before? Are you plugged into the GPU, if you have a dedicated GPU installed? What are your system specs? Is your monitor set to the correct input? Are you able to verify another device works on the monitor? Did you try another cable, preferably a different input type on both sides? Did you try turning the monitor on/off? Computer on/off too? Does the monitor simply say 'no signal' or does it ever flicker or whatever, like it's trying to find signal?
