Good, I have a problem with this ram, since when starting the xmp profiles to work at 3200mhz, the pc starts perfectly, but when I start playing I crahsea, and tried to introduce it manually and managed to play a couple of games but In the end, it crashes me, however when I have the xmp deactivated and they are at 2100 mhz I can play without the game going out, if someone can lend me a hand I would really appreciate it.

Greetings JMxMw

those look right, maybe try reseating the ram, if not try with one stick only. Otherthan that, RMA it

That kind of trivial, this could be a board or CPU issue as well. Wasting time on a RMA that might not be needed when the issue could be CPU IMC issue or board trace issue ect.

Okay, do you have bios up to date? Latest version is F10 released 11/21/19.

If so clear your BIOS and only set setting needed to boot windows, and set XMP again, sometimes timings can get stuck and cause instability.

@ddennis002 @ ddennis002 I have the bios updated to the latest version, what do you mean by reassembling it?

Clear the bios and setup bios setting for your boot to windows and just select XMP.

Then run memtest run enough instances to use all your memory. See if it comes back with any errors.

nothing does not give me any error or anything, and I do what you have told me

If the memory was at fault you would see errors. I would reseat your cpu sounds like it could be a motherboard or cpu issue. You could try running the memory at a lower speed manually like 2800mhz with auto timings
