Can't boot in to bios nor windows

I had to reinstall the win on my uncle computer because it didn't have system 32 and after i've finished and i check it was working i gave him back the pc and then he called me saying it doesn't work.

I came to see what it is and it doesn't want to boot in the bios showing the win 10 logo and those dots loading, but it doesn't go any further. So i tried to go in the bios and see if i can change something there and i can't get in the bios because the PS 2 keyboard isn't recognise (i think) it's light just flash when starting the pc and then nothing.

I flesh the cmos battery as well
