What 650 PSU should I get

I’m currently building my pc and choosed i7 9700k cpu with a gigabyte Z390 Aorus master atx and also 32 gb of ram I  don’t have a gpu yet but Been hearing that I should get a 650 psu I don’t want the worst or best one but I want one that is good in general not extremely noisy but average is good. Any one recommend a model??? Live in Australia to so looking to spend around 150ish??? AUD but flexible

No GPU? In that case, you really don't need anywhere near 650W. If you have a GPU, your should specify which.
