Please help

Some things I would try are alternate the single sticks and see if one of the sticks is causing the issue. Then alternate the slot that a known good stick of ram is installed in.

If there are no issues after doing this it could be something to do with bios or cpu/mobo not accepting dual channel maybe.

There are no post codes unless there's a problem with the speaker too, there were no bent pins I checked twice, and it turns out dimm 1 and 2 work, the 2 closet to the motherboard but not 3 and 4

Also my graphics card isn't being detected

I think that's what we are going to do unless it's a processor issue which I doubt

But luckily I should be able to put the new processor in my old motherboard

So not what I wanted but works for now ig

when you test the ram slots you are putting ram in all the slots right? so if you want to test slot three you have three ram cards

If you want to test slot 3, you don't need 3 sticks of ram. You can run one stick in any slot and the machine will work. Its not optimal, but it is doable.

I have never been able to do that, only in sequence

I wouldn't rule out the CPU. I just returned a 9900ks that had a bad IMC that wouldn't post with more than one stick of ram. It also wouldn't post with any overclocks to the ram at all. I returned it and got a 900kf. Now the ram works flawlessly at its rated speeds.
