Ez Debug Dram after bios flash (H110M PRO-D)

Hello, i flashed a new bios file (version 7996v2F) for my h110m pro-d but when the flash was finished my pc restarted and showed that my Dram has a problem....

 

i5 6400

Win 10 64 bit

PSU : 650 watt 

 

I tried removing cmos and putting it back in

i tried removing ram and starting my computer and it still shows dram.. maybe its my ram a problem or maybe my bios file was corrupted...?

 

Any help will be appreciated..
