Bending CPU Fan Copper Piping in Laptop

For this Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro 1370, the screws holding down the CPU fan would not turn and were getting stripped by the screwdriver. I ended having to bend up the copper piping to the CPU to replace the motherboard. I had to bend it back, and it worked.

 

So how badly did I mess up and what will happen with the bent out/bent back CPU fan cooler?
