Overclocking? With no bios overclocking settings?

So I have a supermicro motherboard with two x5670's in it that are known to have huge boosts from overclocking (linus himself did a video with a single cpu in a single socket mobo that had oc options)

I'd like to overclock them both however the problem for me is that there is no options for this in supermicros bios cuz its meant for servers.

Now I've tossed huge 4-copper pipe coolers on them and they are 52 under full load.. thats cool but it means I'm losing a massive amount of max potential.

Anyone know of a legitimate way to overclock these? Some sort of software that lets you overclock it?
