Does the PG27UQ have speakers?

I have seen both yes and no from multiple sources and it does show up on windows as an audio source. But apparently it doesn’t work through DP

But what I can tell you from personal experience when it comes to monitors, always buy your own speakers cause when it comes to built in speakers on monitors, I've seen cheap no name brand TVs for less than a 100 bucks that have better sound quality than monitors that even cost over $500
