Anybody got this mouse, is it any good for FPS gaming ?

 

G305 isn't as smooth as it was when I got it a few weeks back

It's good but it's a bit quirky. Works fine in wired mode with mode switch set to wireless. But it starts to lag when in wireless mode with mode switch set to off and after sleep\wakeup if it's in wireless mode, you need to reconnect it to fix that. Maybe it's an issue with my particular unit tho as i couldn't find the same issues on the internet. Otherwise it's a good mouse, rather heavy for FPS maybe tho, get wired version instead.

Well, and stock teflon pads are rather thin which results in very low clearance so it gets dirty around them very quick, but i've replaced them with these (it needs some cutting) and it's fine now, either way, try to use it with stock pads first.
