Do you have your ram in the right slots? (Usually 2 and 4)

Do you already have windows installed on your boot SSD? You might want to back up anything important on it and then reinstall windows on it... unless you can't boot into a windows install USB either.

Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen R7 3700X @4.4Ghz, GPU: Gigabyte RX 5700 XT, RAM: 32 GB (2x 8GB Trident Z Royal + 2x 8GB TForce Vulkan Z) @3000Mhz, Motherboard: ASRock B550m Steel Legend, Storage: 1x WD Black 1Tb NVMe (boot) + 1x Samsung 860 QVO 1Tb SSD (storage), Case: Thermaltake Core V21, Cooler: Noctua NH-D15

Windows installed on m.2 from old build but was planning a clean install anyway. Can't boot from m.2 or USB, I've even tried installing a dvd drive and can't boot from disc either. All show same symptoms after bios screen I get Asus logo and spinning dots then after about 30 seconds dots freeze and nothing happens, sometimes fans keep ramping up but only occasionally! Idol temps low 30s in bios even after 30 minutes mb shows code A0.
