if shows upon start of computer would be good
 

  • have been using folders, but its not very good
  • other option is going with wallpapers but cant find any good image sites on the web

 

whats the easiest way to do this: when computers starts, it shows a full screen list or full screen note on all virtual desktops

Use something like the Microsoft ToDo app and the built-in "Show this window across all desktops" function...? Then follow this HowToGeek article to setup Microsoft ToDo to open on startup. Bam! Done. https://www.howtogeek.com/364263/how-to-open-windows-store-apps-on-startup-in-windows-10/
