New monitor horizontal pixel lines

Got a new MSI MAG271CQR 1440p 144hz 27" monitor and when i look at one color i can see many horizontal lines like 1 pixel thin. its very noticeable on grey color. Is this something wrong with the monitor or is it common on this one?

i made the picture in paint to show what it looks like if i look very close to the monitor

Are you sending an interlaced signal somehow?

 

Probably just return/exchange the monitor anyways.
