Depends on what games you are planning to run, at what graphics settings and i assume you want to run the games at 144 hz. If you are going to run AAA titles at ultra settings you might want to think about cpu bottlenecking.

I would say anything from 1660 super - 2060 (or 5700) would be suitable for that monitor. If you don't mind turning settings down to high (which is what I generally recommend) you should be fine with most games on the 1660 super at around 80-120 fps depending on how demanding it is. Also make sure you turn freesync on.
