Duel boot Windows 10 and FreeNAS

I'm wanting to use my pc as a server with Plex, but still want to be able to use it once in a wile to go on the interweb. I have Windows 10 home installed on a SSD and was wanting to partition the HHD and have a server when I'm not using the Windows OS. What is the best way to go about this and what would the best software be for making the Plex server?
