Dell G7 7588 Gpu Temperature, Thermal Throttling

Hey, I bought a G7 7588 with Geforce GTX 1060 max q graphics unit. Recently while gaming I am seeing the GPU temperature reaches as high as 85 degree celsius, I mostly play apex legends and while being on 720p and all setting set to low both from game and Nvidia control panel I seem to stutter here and there. How can I fix this, is my gpu truly thermal throttling, how to be sure about that? I have checked with Unigine Heaven and GPUZ, while the gpu clock stays about 1480-1510 Mhz, the temperature goes above 84 degree celsius.Is this normal??

thats fine, 84c is normal for laptops. All GPUs will throttle due to Nvidia's boost algorithm

When I play games i get smooth FPS for a few minutes until it throttles it down to 15 fps for a second or two, and it happens every now and then, making this device unusable for gaming or competitive gaming like apex. Need Help!!
