Anybody heard of this before? (mogo card)

I was planning to buy a external on sale at staples but discovered they don't take paypal and it's the only thing I have any money in at the moment so I started looking around for something similar to privacy.com and found this.

Sale ends at midnight so I'm tempted to try it but I've never heard of it until now.

i believe mogo is a predatory lending company, like the pay day loan style.

which if thats the case, their fees are outrageous in most cases.

i see thats a ca website, canada.

 

you can get prepaid credit cards from major banks in north america

bmo has visa and mastercard

rbc

td

vancity bank

canada post even has a prepaid credit card

 

but you have to look at the fees because every one is different.

 

grocery stores sell gift credit cards, but again those are high fee structures.
