What to choose for Valve Index

Hello everyone!

Im planning to upgrade my GTX 1070 to something better so I can enjoy the valve index, at least its 120hz.

 

My setup:
Ryzen 7 2700X
GTX 1070 Asus Rog Strix
16GB 2999Mhz

I was wondering if I should go for a 2080 Super, a Radeon 5700XT or a Radeon VII. (A 2080Ti is way out of my budget right now!)
Could you help me choose?
