All the newest good PSU are automatic bivolt (110v~220v)

Correct me if I'm wrong but you'd probably need a step-up converter. If I were you I'd just get in contact with Amazon and arrange to have it replaced with a European model.

I didnt know that it was possible. It will cost me a lot to send the item by freight forwarder and then recieve back. 1kg=8$ from the US. and to the US 1kg=14$ :D so no thank you. i dont want to buy converter if its not necessary. thats why im asking :)

Can't you just replace the AC cord?

Found it!  yes it says AC INPUT: 100v-240v . 10a-5a . 47hz - 63hz.   can i just change the AC cord? or do i need Input converter or whatever its called
