How do i chose the right parts to work with fan control software/rgb control

Im in the process of buying a pc, ive already bought the case, cpu (i7 9700k), power supply and graphics card (asus strix 2080ti) and im trying to figure out what motherboard to get. i was originally planning on the msi mpg z390 gaming pro carbon. however i am now considering the asus prime z390-a because i thought it might work better with the graphics card because they are both from the same manufacturer. I would also like to get ekwb rbg water fittings in the future and i think that works with asus's aura sync software if im not mistaken. However I want to get corsair light loop fans and vengance rgb ram too and i dont know how well the corsair igue software will work with the asus aura sync software.

Corsair stuff works with corsair. They do not play nicely.

would you reccomend the msi motherboard or the asus one though?
