I dont know what happened

I just upgraded my pc to GALAX RTX 2060 6GB two weeks ago. I found some problem about my gaming experience.

Here my full spec:

Proc: Ryzen 5 2600 (Non oc)

Motherboard: MSI B350 Tomahawk

GPU: GALAX RTX 2060 6GB (before 1060 3gb)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2666Mhz (2x8gb)

PSU: Seasonic Focus Gold 550W

I found some random fps drop on CSGO and another game, i didnt expect that fps would go like that.

*my english isnt good* Is it problem with optimization or cpu-gpu bound. or anything else?
