No display on GPU after changing Mobo and RAM

So I bought a Asus Prime B450 Gaming and a Ryzen 5 2600 but I have no display on my GTX 1060. I've tried plugging in an old 760 and it worked. I tried the GTX 1060 on another PC and it also worked. I have already cleaned CMOS, reassembling the PC and putting the RAM in different slots.

Yes, that was the first thing I did after getting display with the old GPU

The PSU is a Corsair CX550M

Your PSU seems to be OK for your build but, if it's possible try (borrow) a new one 650w and more to eliminate the possibility of a bad PSU.
