Zotac 2080ti amp vs asus dual rtx 2080ti

Which one is better?  And is it significantly better or just slightly?

Zotac one could be better since it has 3 fans instead of 2 on a heatsink that's very similar, but I couldn't find convincing reviews for the Asus one.

The ASUS dual card would be a middling quality card, but the ZOTAC AMP is one of their higher end versions of the card, my money is on the AMP being better, but what's the price difference? I'm guessing an RTX 2080 Ti is gonna be expensive either way, and the AMP if it costs more would be worth it since you're already at the higher end of the price point.

The actual performance will at best be about 1-2% difference on stock settings. Also, we need to know the prices too, since one might be significantly cheaper than the other. The ASUS Dual OC 2080TI is going for around $1050-$1100 on NewEgg and Amazon and the Zotac AMP (there's multiple ones with AMP in name, like the AMP MAXX, and the GAMING AMP) goes for around $1300 (AMP MAXX two fan) to $1400 (GAMING AMP three fan) on Amazon.

 

Also, factor in customer service. Zotac's has been terrible from what I've seen while ASUS usually responds quickly (especially if you live near one of their repair centers). It also depends if you are in the US or not. These are all based off of US prices and US customer service.

 

And reading your other posts, you are talking about the Gaming AMP triple fan. it's up to you to spend an extra ~$300 for a small gain in performance or a small decrease in temperature. Also, if you are considering an ASUS card, why not the ROG Strix for $1150?
