1440p 144hz Budget Build

Hi everyone! This will be my first build and I’m hoping to stay under $650, yet still achieve a build that plays on 1440p with 144hz. 
 

A friend is going to give me their case, radiator, power supply, and 4 fans. So all I need is a CPU, graphics card, Ram, and storage. 
 

Is it possible to achieve this budget build and game in 2k and 144hz? Thanks everyone!

Something like this may work for you, had to compromise with the cpu and motherboard.  This is assuming the power supply isn't a fire starter and the case is large enough for atx.
